 A little more about myself: I am an author of more than 40 publications on refereed journals. I was awarded a STA fellowship, an international award for young scientists, by Science and Technology Agency of Japan, right after I obtained my Ph.D. in 2000. This sponsored me to work at Superconductivity Research Laboratory, ISTEC, Tokyo, from 2000 to 2001. I later worked on ultrafast electron diffraction (world fastest!) to study the dyamics in solid state materials from 2001 to 2003, at National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. Now I am working on several projects related to synchrotron-based infrared spectromicroscopy. I taught tutorial of Solid State Physics in my graduate school (1995), and General Physics B (syllabus) in Florida State University (2003). I am always interested in solid state physics and optoelectronics, but I am now getting very excited in many sciences in general which happen at our infrared beamline every day. So please talk to me whenever you want to try some ideas out. Don't forget we have the world's best weather and one of the best synchrotron-based IR sources in the world!
